CD Sales:
We recommend you download and test our trial versions where for the titles, for which they are available, before purchasing our software to ensure it works on your PC and is appropriate to your needs.
Though we test our software on a range of PC configurations, we cannot guarantee our software will operate on your computer, given the range of configurations possible in the PC world. If you have problems running the software we suggest you email us at support@geddessoftware.com However, if you deem the software does not operate acceptably on your PC when you receive it we will refund the full cost of the software (including shipping) upon receipt of the software back from you. Please return any such software within a month of receiving it.
Sales of downloadable software:
Download and test the trial version before purchasing the licence to ensure it works on your PC and is appropriate to your needs. We do not give returns on downloadable titles so ensure you test the trial version thoroughly first. The trial versions are the full product in each case.
