CD & USB titles: All products are shipped after payment has been verified. Shipping is by courier within New Zealand and by airmail to other destinations, We will replace CDs or USBs free of charge if faulty upon receipt provided you contact us within a month of receiving the product. For details on refunds, click on the refund policy link.

Downloadable titles: A licence will be emailed to you within 1 business day of purchase through our site providing payment has been received. For internet banking or personal check purchases this will be within 1 business day of receiving payment.

Ensure you download and test the trial version thoroughly before purchasing a licence, to ensure the title is appropriate to your needs and runs satisfactorily on your PC.

The usual copyright restrictions for commercial software apply to all our software.
